Need to build an emergency shelter in the snow? Or just pretend camping on a snow track? Are you a child and want to have the best strong neighborhood? Snow is a great protector against the cold.
Here we will tell you how to build the shelter.

- Choose a suitable location. It helps if the ground is level. It is also important not to be in the way of a potential avalanche.
- Make a big pile of snow and compact it as tightly as you can.
- Let’s stand a while for the cold air to harden the snow pile. This reduces the chances of collapse while canvas.
- Dig a tunnel in the snow quite deep. It will be easier if you have a shovel too. Consider carrying one.
- Ask a cave big enough for two people to lie down or sit.
- The soft roof is leaking inside. So the bag will not get wet.
- Cava banks and sleeping areas. The higher the banks, because the cold air will fall to the ground and you’ll stay warm.
- Cover the floor with no insulation inflatable mats.
- Make a hole in the roof of a cave, a few centimeters wide. Without a vent, you could drown.
